TECHNINIER AND CELCOM PARTNER TO LAUNCH MALAYSIA'S FIRST LIVE ANDROID GAMING TOURNAMENT - "WORLD WAR III"
KUALA LUMPUR, 16 JUNE 2015 - Techninier Sdn Bhd (Techninier), Malaysia's leading mobile social gaming platform provider today launched Malaysia's largest and first ever "live" Android gaming tournament - World War III with Celcom.
World War III is expected to be the catalyst that introduces Android gaming tournament to the mass market in Malaysia. Developed specially for android phones, the appropriately titled game features a classic, casual "shoot-em-up" game, is Techninier's first in house developed Android game that starts a journey of a vision to become a leading mobile game developer in Malaysia.
World War III game tournament will run for 3 months. Celcom's customers who participate in the World War 3 game tournament competes with other gamers to achieve the highest score on the leaderboard to win the grand prize of a Peugeot 208 during the campaign period. In addition to the grand prize there are also a motorcycle and other very attractive gadget prizes amounting up to more than RM110,000 prizes to be given away .
Gamers of all skill level can participate in the tournament by downloading the game from web link at www.thecube.my or wap link at m.thecube.my or USSD link by dialing *888# and press "Call". After the end of the game, gamers' highest score will be uploaded to the leaderboard. They will be able to check their game ranking via the internet or WAP. There is no limit to the number of score uploads (or entries) thus providing gamers with the chance to obtain the highest ranking possible based on their scores always.
