Amber Chia to design celebrity-based social network

INTERNATIONAL model and actress Amber Chia entered into an exclusive partnership with Techninier Sdn Bhd recently to design and develop a celebrity-based social networking service.
This interactive real-time service allows the public to trail their favourite celebrities including Amber Chia.
Techninier, a specialist in producing social networking sites will be providing the technology for this novel service.
When asked for more information on what the public can expect, Chia was tight-lipped on any details about the service, its format and even its name.

Techninier chief executive officer Lion Peh said: "Social networking services are now seen as a technological and cultural phenomenon."
"Through this networking service, we hope to provide the public an avenue to interact with their idols such as Amber Chia."
"Based on our experience and past successes with social networking services, we are confident the public will be pleased with this new service," he added.
"This is an exciting new venture for me and I am certainly looking forward to using this technology to interact with my fans," said Chia who was recently chosen as one of only four models to showcase Victoria Beckham’s collection during the 2009 New York Fashion Week.
